We'd love to hear from readers. The best way to reach Burn Clean Project is by email at hello@burncleanproject.org, or by using the form on this page.
What to get in touch about
- Corrections. If something in an article is wrong or out of date, such as a trail detail, a venue fact or a broken link, please tell us. Include the page address and what needs fixing, and a source if you have one.
- Local tips. Know a greenway, park, riverside walk or family-friendly outing in or around Knoxville that deserves a write-up? Send it over.
- Article ideas. Is there an everyday-fitness topic you'd like explained plainly? General questions often become articles that help other readers too.
- Newsletter questions. Want to stop receiving our occasional round-up? Let us know. See the newsletter page for what it covers.
What we can't help with
Burn Clean Project is an independent journal. We are not a coaching practice, we don't offer sessions or personal programs, and we're not affiliated with any gym, studio or coach. That means we can't:
- give personal medical, injury or nutrition advice,
- create individual workout plans, or
- book classes, tickets or appointments at any venue we write about.
For questions about your own health, please speak to your doctor or another qualified professional. For opening times, tickets or event details at places such as Neyland Stadium, the Tennessee Theatre or Ijams Nature Center, contact the venue directly through its own official channels.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
A few practical notes
- We read every message, but we're a small journal and can't always reply individually.
- Please don't send sensitive health details by email. We don't need them, and email isn't the right place for them.
- We don't accept payment for coverage. If you represent a business, you're welcome to share factual information, but we decide independently what to write about.
While you're here, the FAQs may already answer your question, and the Resources page lists all our guides. Thanks for reading and for helping us keep things accurate.
